It is abstracted that students from humble backgrounds may not afford the university fees and therefore without the government effort the university and some courses will be the privilege and rig ht for the well off in the society because they can afford it. Government initiative of completely funding all the university courses will act as an equalizing factor in the midst inequality and accord every child from whichever background an opportunity to access university and self determination. Students in the university or in any other academic institutions have variant passions in carrier and therefore every government must strive to completely fund university courses so as to harbor a platform of developing all kinds of professionals and specialists that the society yearn for its economic, social, cultural and political development.Funding prestigious university courses such as medicine, surgery, pharmacy and the like will create a society which is a moribund elitist composed of individuals who does not regard moral tenets of the society and cannot lead because they are concrete in their demeanor based on their training.
